You may not use our site: to make any bellagio hotel in las vegas false, hotel fraudulent or speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, in pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal vegas offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any bellagio other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. then the hotel allegation that we are "an illegal boycott against third party distributors" because it has "requirements for posting fare sales that cannot be sold" by others is not true? it is in absolutely not true, and those who have made that allegation vegas had absolutely bellagio no basis for hotel making it. our agreements contain no boycott against any distributors whatsoever, in and vegas and in fact affirmatively provide that no airline is precluded from utilizing bellagio any other distribution channel or offering any fare through hotel any channel. the department of justice is presently reviewing all in agreements, so there will be no question on this vegas point. do airlines today make all their fares available through all retail channels?
